There is a part where Lorelei and Rory are sitting in the kitchen talking after their encounter at their grandparents house. There is a plate of twinkies on the table. When the camera goes back and forth between Lorelei and Rory, there are different numbers of twinkies each shot. Sometimes there are 4, and other times there are 8.

24. Red Light on the Wedding Night

When Lorelai and Rory are sampling wedding cakes, Rory comments on the raspberry cake, and you distinctly see her take a few bites. But then the camera angle changes, and you see that the side of the cake that Rory just ate is still intact.

Dean says that his and Rory's anniversary is on the 6th and Rory said it was on the 24th but in the episode where Dean and Rory have their 3 month anniversay, Dean says that ther anniversary was on Rory's birthday, which is on the 3rd - Blooper by Kayla

When Lorelai, Rory and Max go to Luke's, there are originally three red cups on the table. Throughout the course of the scene, the red cups change to blue, and then back to red.

25. The Road Trip to Harvard

In the opening conversation between Rory and Lorelai, the shadow of the camera equipment can be seen on Rory's face.

As Rory consults the map and says that they're approaching a town in New Hampshire, she's actually looking at a map of Long Island, New York.

When Rory turns around after being surprised by Ladawn, she turns to the right. In the next shot, she's turning to the left.

At the end of the episode as Lorelai gets into her car, you can see the shadow of the cameraman following her.

Rory asks Lorelai "When have we ever had a conversation about makeup?" and Lorelai responds "Never." However, the first conversation we ever heard Rory and Lorelai have in the series was a brief one about makeup that sounds like food.

When Rory and Lorelai are coming home and Kirk says "wanna hug" the pay phone behind him is off of the hook - Blooper by Kayla

When they are at Harvard and Rory is getting the coffee and that guy come up and asks if Lorelai is going to the party tonight and then when they go into the dorm, Lorelai asks the two girls in the hall way if they are going to the party tomorrow - Blooper by Kayla

26. Nick & Nora/Sid & Nancy

When Jess walks outside of Luke's Diner and the music stars playing, there is a woman in an orange shirt with twins that passes the street twice, and walking the same direction both times.

Rory and Lorelai are eating breakfast before school, but one of the boyscouts who comes in asks for a burger and another one asks for fries. For breakfast? - Blooper by Rachel

When Rory leaves to buy a notebook for school, it's light outside, but when she's coming home and sees Jess it's dark. -Blooper by Rachel

Luke says that Jimmy left Liz two years ago (when Jess was 15), but when Jimmy comes to town Jess doesn't even know who he is, and Jimmy says that he left Jess the day he was born - Blooper by Falynn

27. Presenting Lorelai Gilmore

To help her mother write down a phone number, Rory gives Lorelai a gum wrapper, which is replaced by a notebook in the very next scene.

At Rory's coming out, Lorelai does not have a necklace on while sitting down, but does when she walks up to her parents.

When Rory is at Luke's after her coming out, her burger sometimes shows a bite it missing while sometimes it doesn't, even after she takes a bite.

28. Like Mother, Like Daughter

When Lorelai asked Luke not to date Eva and Luke explains that he was giving her directions, he says "...you take a right at Deerfield, and you catch the I-5, and you take it South..." There's no I-5 in Connecticut.

When Paris sits down at the table with Rory and the Puffs, the color of Rory's soda can changes from purple to green in between camera shots.

When the Puffs bring Rory to Headmaster Charleston's office, it's in the middle of a hallway, when it had previously had always been at the end of a hallway.

30. Run Away, Little Boy

Sookie insinuates that Lorelai never names things, which is not true. She named Luke's toolbox "Bert" and named a goat on her chuppah "Gilbert".

31. The Bracebridge Dinner

When Dean and Rory are talking at the inn, you see Luke and Jess arrive and Luke takes off his jacket and gives it to the bellhop. THEN, when Jess waves at Rory a few moments later, Luke has his jacket on again and takes it off again!

32. Secrets and Loans

Just before Rory and Lorelai leave their home to attend Friday Night Dinner, Rory is wearing black pantyhose, but isn't when they arrive at Richard's and Emily's house. When Rory and Lorelai return to Stars Hollow, Rory is once again wearing black pantyhose.

34. A-Tisket, A-Tasket

After Jess and Rory finish they're talking on the bridge, Jess finds Rory's bracelet right. He's still crouched down, and pics it up with one hand (not sure wich one). And then the camera looks at Rory for a second and goes back to Jess and his legs are positioned differently - Blooper by Sarah

36. Lost And Found

Lorelai looks out Rory's window to see Jess stuffing garbage bags in garbage cans. Then she come out of the house to talk to Jess and he's now stuffing bags on the livingroom side of the house.

Doesn't it seem a little strange that Lorelai can eat lunch with Jess, curl her hair, change for work, go to work, help Luke with the apartment, and come home early all in the same day?

37. There's the Rub

The drummer's instruments and playing style are out of sync with the music we hear.

38. Dead Uncles and Vegetables

When Rory iand Lorelai are talking in Luke's apartment, Rory's sweater sleeves are pulled up and then down between shots.

39. Back in the Saddle Again

Why are Michel and Giselle talking heavily accented English - even though they are both French??

40. Teach Me Tonight

Christopher calls Rory at 6:45 on Wednesday and it appears to be an every Wednesday thing. They only talk for a minute and he apologizes for the conversation being short and promises longer next time. Then Rory talks to Lorelai for only a few minutes before saying she's late for school. How would she normally talk to Christopher for so long if she has to get to school?

I believe he called her on monday morning and then said I'll make it up to you next time we talk (which is wednesday night). I'm under the impression that they talk every Wednesday at 7:00pm

When Kirk asks Lorelai if she can play the short film he made he says he can take out some of the "Hells" but none of the "damns", latter while watching the movie neither words were spoken - Blooper by Falynn

41. Help Wanted

In teach me tonight rory sais dean get's home on sunday but in this episode he gets back on friday (we know because of the friday night dinner at richard and emily.)

42. Lorelai's Graduation Day

When Lorelai and Rory are talking about what to wear to the ceremony, you can briefly see the shadow of the camera on the staircase.

Rory says that The Go-Gos were Lorelai's favorite band when she was her age; in "Concert Interuptus", Lorelai proclaims The Bangles as her favorite, and that she almost named Rory after Suzanna Hoffs.
