46. Application Anxiety
Paris tells Rory that Mr. Hunter wouldn't allow her to use a giant video screen at their seminar, saying, "Paris, this isn't the Beatles at Shea Stadium." She then says to Rory, "Nice anachronism, huh? Like they had video screens in '63!" But Paris made an error herself, as the Beatles did not play Shea Stadium until 1965.
When this episode was reaired on May 27, 2003, Paris's dialogue about "video screens in '63" was redubbed to "video screens in '65".

When Jess sees his car after Lorelai and Rory return from Boston, there are more eggs on the car than they actually threw.
When Lorelai and Sherry are talking by the food table at the baby shower, the camera pans a few different times over the cake, which is whole. In the next few moments, the camera pans over to Rory on the couch, eating a piece of the cake. Lorelai and Sherry were both standing in front of the cake, so that anyone coming over to cut it would have been clearly seen, which was not the case.
51. Let the Games Begin
While packing for their trip to New Haven, Rory mentions that it's 30 degrees out. When they're walking through campus, however, they're dressed as if it's not at all cold outside.
When Emily says "Apparently we're going to be European tonight", Richard's newspaper is open, when the shot goes to just Richard his paper is closed, then he opens it

When Rory is holding the snow cone (at the bottle toss) It is bright red, when the shot changes, it is much more dull in color
55. Lorelai Out of Water
In previous episodes, there never was a garage on that side of Lorelai's house.
When Alex asks Lorelai out he says: "I was actually thinking of doing a little fishing this Saturday", but when Luke asks Lorelai when they are going, she answers, "Sunday morning." Clearly, the reference to Sunday is a goof, further borne out by Lorelai's waking Rory up on the day of the fishing date so that Rory can attend the wedding of Lane's cousin which a previous conversation between Lane and Rory set as Saturday. When Rory returns from the wedding later that day, she sees the fish that Lorelai caught.
Outside the garage, they decide it's been four years since they opened its door, but once they're inside, Rory comments that the boxes were put there two years earlier.
56. Dear Emily and Richard
In all the flashback scenes, the area between the living room and the staircase has no wall between it. But in the first few episodes of the show there was a wall there, up until Emily and Richard obviously renovated.
In Dear Emily and Richard, Lorelai is at dinner which is obviously past 7, when Rory was at the hospital with Sheri. When Rory calls Lorelai to tell her to come, it's dark at Emily's house but not in Boston where Sheri's having the baby - Blooper by Kayla
In Rory's birthday parties Rory askes Lorelai if she remembers her last birthday at Emily and Richards house, she says yes we just had a big fight and I was pregnant..meaning she was 16, but in this episode when there is no stroller in the hallway Emily said that it was the first time in a year that she didnt trip over it. If it was a year then Lorelai was already 17 meaning she had her last birthday there when she was 17, and not pregnant - Blooper by Falynn
57. Swan Song
At the end of the scene where Lorelai returns from New York, the reflection of the camera can be seen as Alex gets in his car.
While Rory's in her bedroom at Richard's and Emily's house and talking on the phone with Lorelai, the position of her watch on the nightstand changes as the shots change.

When Rory sees Jess on the bus, she sits down right next to him. In the next shot there is a seat between them. (Look at the window in the background)

Actually, since Rory was valedictorian, she wore a bright yellow sash which made her easily distinguishable amongst the other students.
