The whole town is covered in yellow daisies, and is anxious to find out what Luke will say when Lorelai tells him Max proposed. Lorelai says yes to Max and doesn't tell her parents, but Sookie does. Dean goes to Friday Night Dinner with the Gilmore Girls where Richard asks him questions about his schooling, and Richard doesn't like Dean's answers. Lane is going to Korea and doesn't know when she'll be back.

Lane Leaves for Korea.

Jess doesn't make a good impression on Lorelai, which leads to a fight between Lorelai and Luke. Rory joins the Franklin and Paris gives her all the crappy jobs. She also gives Rory and interview with Max.

Headmaster Charleston thinks Lorelai isn't involved in enough parent organizations, so she joins the Booster Club. The Booster Club has a fashion show at the inn.

Lorelai tells Mia her and Sookie are going to opern their own inn, and is surpirised by Mia's reaction. Lorelai has a super-size melt-down. Jess creates a fake crime scene in front of Doose's Market, which makes Taylor very upset and causes a lot of trouble for Luke. Rory poses for an oil portrait to go in Richard's study.

Emily offers a loan, but Lorelai doesn't want to owe her parents more than she already does. Who wouldv'e pegged Lane as a cheerleader? Not Rory.

Rory and Dean get into a fight, and Rory spends the day with Jess. Miss Patty tries to set Lorelai up with a man. Jackson asks Sookie to marry him. Henry breaks Lane's heart.

NOTE: When Lorelai is talking to Rory in Lukes diner about her and Christopher She calls him Matthew when she appologies about them never being perminatly together. In that particular conversation Lorelai was asking Rory about her thoughts on wanting Lorelai and Chris to get back together. Rory said she always had the dream like all children do but she also had vision of other men being her father like Pee Wee Herman and Matthew Broderick. Lorelai tells her that she is sorry it didn't work out between her and Matthew refering to the Broderick comment.

Luke and Jess look for a bigger apartment. The apartment that Luke likes is the one Taylor owns, which causes Luke to start renovations on his apartment above the diner. Luke tries to convince Lorelai to let Jess clean her raingutters. Rory asks Lorelai to give Jess a chance and she finally caves. Rory looses her special braclet-the one Dean made.

Emily helps Sookie plan her wedding. Someone opens a Farmer's Market across the street from Doose's Market.
